Page is basically a form on my table containing my mp3 file, including the "File browse"(BLOB) item, P402_MP3.

P402_FILE_URL source is a PL/SQL Expression or Function type and value of:

APEX_UTIL.GET_BLOB_FILE_SRC('P402_FILE_NAME',:P402_ID,'','attachment')
